Mark has worked in the Security field for the last 15 years, beginning in 1996 while taking Law Enforcement at Seneca College. He has been with the same company and has moved through the ranks from a Security Guard, to a Security Supervisor, to a Security Manager. Mark has Security experience in high occupancy entertainment facilities where he has organized the Security for events with attendance in excess of 10,000 people. He also has experience dealing with smaller businesses, such as bars and restaurants.
The key principle and value upon which Mark founded Purple Hearts Security Inc. is to raise the standard of Security’s role in providing exceptional customer service. A Security Guard’s main priority is safety and security; however customer service in all points of contact with the public, tenants and clients is of paramount importance. Mark Seenarine’s Employment History in the Security field prior to founding Purple Hearts Security Inc.:
- Entertainment Facilities: 15 years (1996 to 2011) working at Woodbine Entertainment Group, Woodbine Racetrack Security Services Department, moving through the ranks from a Security Guard, to a Security Supervisor, to a Security Manager.
- Small Businesses: Experience working at the Bier Market, Fionn McCools and supervised the Security teams for Brazen Head Irish Pub and Dub Linn Gates.
Mark Seenarine’s Education:
Mark graduated in Police-Foundations from Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology in 1998. He continues to enhance his education through a variety of Business Certifications, such as Business Management Skills at Humber College and Small Business Series at the Toronto Business Development Center.
